The N7024A power rail probe is designed to help you with precise DC power rail testing. This low noise and high bandwidth probe can help you evaluate and understand high-speed noise and transients on your DC power rails.
The N7024A provides the following advantages:

- Compatibility with high-end Keysight oscilloscopes (V-series and Z-series). Can connect directly to a Keysight Infiniium oscilloscope that has a 50Ω AutoProbe connector. The oscilloscope's AutoProbe interface provides the probe power, probe offset, and auto configuration of probe type and attenuation setting on connection.

- Unique s parameters stored in each N7024A probe for maximum accuracy
- Low noise due to a low attenuation ratio and 50Ω output
- A large ±15V probe offset range. The offset allows small signals (≤1 mV), that exist on top of a DC supply, to be centered on an oscilloscope for maximum vertical sensitivity.
